These figures are designed primarily for the Russo-Turkish War of 1877-1878 ... one of the last gasps of the Ottoman Empire. But many of the troop types can be used in other conflicts of the period and Victorian Science fiction games. Over 2009, we expect to add new figures every month to cover all of the major combatants foot, cavalry and artillery and some 'specials to give a truly comprehensive range. PRICES : All foot figures are £1.00 each and come in packs of 4 to allow maximum flexibility of ordering, but you are welcome to order indiviual figures to make up units appropriate to the rules you are using. Unit packs of 24 foot, made up to your specification (including command if required) cost £22.00 Partially commissioned by one of our customers who has provided much of the information and advice used to instruct the scuptor and format the range contents. TURKISH We have split these into two types - Regular Infantry (in plain Fez and Sandals) and 'Reservists' (in Turbanned Fez and Boots). In fact, these types and the 'light' troops historically seemed to have all worn a mix of the gear as suited the individual, so this split is purely for our convenience for coding purposes - you can order in whatever mix you like!
