We normally respond to e-mail requests within 2 working days of sending, but usually less(please don't forget the tme difference from some countries however!) unless we are on holiday. If you have not heard from us and there is no 'on holiday' message on the site, please send your mail again - they do sometimes go astray.
Orders are normally posted within 1 working week of receipt (usually less) and if your order was received by e-mail or you provided an email address on a snail mail order, you will be notified when it is sent. Although postal times vary considerably across the world, if you have not received your order within 7 days of notification(10 days USA, 14 days Australasia) - please contact us.
Payment
We are able to take payment using Sterling (GBP) cheque or major Credit Card(VISA, Mastercard etc. not AMEX) - minimum order 5 UKP (before postage). Please note that e-mail can be intercepted by third parties and is not a secure method of ordering, customers providing their credit card details by e-mail do so at their own risk. Due to a change in the way British banks operate in Europe, we are no longer allowed to accept Euro-cheques, other options can be made available to European customers without credit cards - please contact us via e-mail for further details. We are not able to offer a secure Credit Card facility at the moment, but hope to in the future if there is a demand.
You may send cash, but this must be by registered post - we accept either Sterling or Euros (notes only). Please agree the amount with us before posting.
We can now also accept payment via Paypal - - minimum order 5 UKP, please click on the image below to make payment using this method. Please note that you should confirm your order cost (including postage) via e-mail BEFORE you make payment.
NB : You do NOT have to have a Paypal account to use the link to make payment. Paypal can simply be used to make a secure credit card payment once you have agreed the cost of the goods with us. All you do is select the 'I do not have a paypal account' button once the page loads and you can input your credit card details instead (using a secure, full 128 byte encription connection)

Postage & Packing :
U.K. and B.F.P.O : Orders up to £20, please add 15% (minimum £1.00)
U.K. and B.F.P.O : Orders over £20, please add 10%
Europe : Please add 20% for orders under £20, 15% for orders over £20
Rest of the World : Please add 30% to orders under £30, over £30 please add 20% + 4.50 for Airmail insurance (Airsure) - you can refuse this last option, but we can only claim up to £30 on your behalf if you do and the order goes missing.
All purchases ordered from the U.K. to the U.S.A. will be sent via Air Mail and mail order charges for customers paying via Sterling Cheque will be 50% for orders under £20 and 25% for orders over £20.
Customers paying by credit card or Paypal will be charged as close to the actual cost as possible (plus a nominal charge for packaging). NB : the minimum order by either of these methods is 5 UKP before postage (otherwise the charges outweigh the production of the order!)
Special : Customers ordering Veni Vidi Vici transfer only - maximum postage is 1.00 GBP.
